sec.13 Functions
The authority has the following functions— to provide an equitable and efficient system of portable long service leave for individuals working in the community services industry; to provide educational and awareness programs to the industry to encourage worker registration and industry compliance with this Act; to give advice and make recommendations to the Minister about— issues affecting the provision of long service leave in the industry; or the operation of this Act
- (a) to provide an equitable and efficient system of portable long service leave for individuals working in the community services industry;
- (b) to provide educational and awareness programs to the industry to encourage worker registration and industry compliance with this Act;
- (c) to give advice and make recommendations to the Minister about— (i) issues affecting the provision of long service leave in the industry; or (ii) the operation of this Act
