sec.120 Declaration about arrangements with other States
A regulation may— declare a State for which an agreement under section 119 is in force to be a reciprocating State; and declare a law of the State to be a corresponding law for this Act. A declaration under subsection (1) (b) must not be made unless the law of the other State provides for the payment of long service leave to or for persons who are or have been performing community services work in the other State. (sec.120-ssec.1) A regulation may— declare a State for which an agreement under section 119 is in force to be a reciprocating State; and declare a law of the State to be a corresponding law for this Act. (sec.120-ssec.2) A declaration under subsection (1) (b) must not be made unless the law of the other State provides for the payment of long service leave to or for persons who are or have been performing community services work in the other State.
- (a) declare a State for which an agreement under section 119 is in force to be a reciprocating State; and
- (b) declare a law of the State to be a corresponding law for this Act.
