sec.110 Definitions
In this division— applied Act means the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 2005 . contract cleaning provisions means the following provisions of the applied Act— part 9 , divisions 2 , 3 and 4 ; part 9 , division 5 , other than sections 134 , 135 and 136 .
- (a) part 9 , divisions 2 , 3 and 4 ;
- (b) part 9 , division 5 , other than sections 134 , 135 and 136 .
