10 Registrar

(1)  For the purposes of the Community Housing Providers National Law (Tasmania), the Registrar is declared to be the individual appointed as Registrar under this section.

(2)  [Section 10 Subsection (2) amended by No. 26 of 2022, s. 6, Applied:01 Dec 2022] The Minister may appoint a State Service officer or State Service employee as Registrar for the purposes of the Community Housing Providers National Law (Tasmania) and that officer or employee may hold the office of Registrar in conjunction with State Service employment.
