#### 45 Additional orders by courts in criminal proceedings 45 Additional orders by courts in criminal proceedings > > (1) A court may, in addition to or as an alternative to imposing a penalty for an offence under this Act or the regulations, by order suspend or revoke an authority, or vary an authority granted under the regulations. > > > (2) A person must not fail to comply with an order made by the court under this section. > > > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. > > > (3) If a body fails to comply with an order made by the court under this section, each trustee or other person who was a member of the governing body at the time of the offence is guilty of an offence, if the trustee or person knowingly authorised or permitted the failure to comply. > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
