#### 16 Falsification of records 16 Falsification of records > A person is guilty of an indictable offence if the person, with intent to defraud or deceive another person— > > > (a) alters or falsifies a record relating to a permitted gaming activity, or > > > (b) makes or concurs in the making of a false or fraudulent entry in a record relating to a permitted gaming activity, or > > > (c) omits or concurs in omitting a material particular from a record relating to a permitted gaming activity. > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years, or both.
