54 Contest area must be compliant
The promoter of a combat sport contest must ensure that the contest area, including the ring or cage, complies with any requirements of this Regulation and the rules.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—20 penalty units, or
(b) otherwise—40 penalty units.
