#### 16 Surrender of medical record books 16 Surrender of medical record books > > (1) A registered combatant must surrender the combatant’s medical book to the Authority when directed to do so by the Authority or by a combat sport inspector. > > > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. > > > (2) If a registered combatant surrenders a medical record book to the Authority under this clause, the Authority must return the medical record book to the combatant as soon as is practicable after the need for its surrender ceases, unless the combatant’s registration is suspended or cancelled. > > > (3) If the combatant’s registration is suspended, the Authority must return the medical book at the conclusion of the suspension.
