##### 56 Regulations
(1) The Governor‑General may, on the recommendation of the Commonwealth Minister with the agreement of the State Minister, make regulations prescribing all matters:
(a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
(b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
(2) A regulation may create an offence punishable by a penalty not exceeding $500.
