##### 53 Offences
(1) A person must not fail, without reasonable excuse, to comply with an order made or taken to be made under section 28 or a requirement made under section 24 by the Board in accordance with this Act.
Penalty:
(a) in the case of an individual—$3,000; and
(b) in the case of a body corporate—$10,000.
(2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse to answer any question referred to in section 51.
Penalty:
(a) in the case of an individual—$3,000; and
(b) in the case of a body corporate—$10,000.
(3) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail or refuse to produce any books, records or documents referred to in section 51.
Penalty:
(a) in the case of an individual—$3,000; and
(b) in the case of a body corporate—$10,000.
(5) A person must not assault, delay, obstruct, hinder or impede an inspector referred to in section 49 in the exercise of any powers conferred on the inspector under this Act.
Penalty:
(a) in the case of an individual—$6,000; and
(b) in the case of a body corporate—$10,000.
