##### 28D Arrangements with other agencies, consultants etc. (1) The Board may enter into arrangements with other persons or bodies (including government bodies) with relevant expertise for the provision of assistance to the Board in connection with the exercise of the powers and functions of the Board. (2) The Board may engage consultants to assist it in the exercise of its powers or functions.
