##### 27 Additional powers of Board For the purpose of exercising its powers or functions, the Board may: (a) undertake or arrange for research, inquiries, investigations, surveys, tests and inspections; and (b) require the keeping and furnishing of statistics, returns and other information relating to matters concerning or arising out of the Board’s powers and functions.
