#### 94 Employee directors 94 Employee directors > > (1) The members of a society may, under the society’s rules, elect 1 employee of the society nominated by the directors to be a director of the society. > > > (2) The members of an association may, under the association’s rules, elect one or more employees of the association to be directors of the association, but the number of employees elected as directors must be less than half the total number of directors of the association. Of the directors who constitute a quorum at a meeting of the board of an association, at least half must be directors who are not employees elected as directors.
