#### 67 Registration of alteration of rules 67 Registration of alteration of rules > > (1) If the Registrar is satisfied— > > > > > (a) that an alteration made under section 65 (Alteration of rules by special resolution) or 66 (Alteration of rules by board of directors) is not contrary to this Act or the standards, and > > > > > (b) that there is no good reason why the alteration should not be registered, > > > > the Registrar must register the alteration. > > > (2) The alteration takes effect when it is registered. > > > (3) The rules of the society must be read subject to any registered alteration.
