#### 220 Officers and other persons in default 220 Officers and other persons in default > If this Act provides that an officer of a co-operative housing body or other body corporate who is in default commits an offence, the reference to the officer who is in default is, in relation to a contravention of, or an offence against, this Act, a reference to an officer of the co-operative housing body or other body corporate (including a person who subsequently ceased to be such an officer) who is in any way by act or omission, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in or party to the contravention or offence.
