#### 203 Minutes 203 Minutes > > (1) An entry in the minutes purporting to be— > > > > > (a) a minute of the business transacted at a meeting of a co-operative housing body or its board, and > > > > > (b) signed by the chairperson of the meeting at which the business was transacted or a subsequent meeting, > > > > is evidence that the business as recorded was transacted at the meeting and that the meeting was duly convened and held. > > > (2) An entry in the minutes of a meeting of a co-operative housing body to the effect that a resolution was carried or was lost is evidence of the fact without proof of the number or proportion of votes recorded for or against the resolution.
