#### 117 Registers 117 Registers > > (1) A society must keep such registers as are prescribed. > > > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. > > > (2) Subject to this section, all registers required to be kept by a society (whether under this section or any other provision of this Act) must be kept at the registered office of the society and be kept in such way, and contain such particulars, as may be prescribed. > > > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. > > > (3) With the written consent of the Registrar, all or any of the registers may be kept at an office of the society other than its registered office.
