(1) A society must cause full and accurate minutes to be kept of every meeting of its board, and of every meeting of its members.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) If a member requests a copy of the minutes of a meeting of the members, the society must give the person a copy within 21 days of the request, free of charge.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
