35 Assessment procedure—respite care
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 29C-3(2)(b) of the Act, the procedure set out in subsection (2) of this section is specified for a care recipient being provided with respite care. (2) The Secretary must complete the De Morton Mobility Index assessment item in accordance with the part of the AN‑ACC Reference Manual that relates to that item.
