34 Purpose of this Part
For the purposes of section 29C‑3 of the Act, this Part specifies: (a) where the Secretary may assess the level of care needed by a care recipient; and (aa) procedures that the Secretary must follow in making such an assessment; and (b) the circumstances in which recipients of respite care are taken to have been assessed.
