12 Lowest applicable classification level—care other than respite care
For subsection 25‑2(3) of the Act, the lowest applicable classification level for a care recipient being provided with residential care (other than respite care) consists of the following domain categories: (a) nil ADL category; (b) nil behaviour category; (c) nil CHC category.
