3 Schedule 1 amended (Table of Fees for Execution of Civil Process)

Schedule 1 to the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from item 1(a) "50.00" and substituting "100.00";

(b) by omitting from item 1(b) "100.00" and substituting "200.00";

(c) by omitting from item 2(b) "0.60" and substituting "0.70";

(d) by omitting from item 3 "amount, or if auctioneer employed" and substituting "amount";

(e) by omitting from item 5 "40.00" and substituting "55.00".
