These Rules of Court may be cited as the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Amendment Rules 2012 .

Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends Schedule 1 of the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 to increase several execution fees and to alter one line of wording. It takes effect on 1 August 2012.
It affects people required to pay fees under that table by raising certain charges and slightly clarifying a fee description; the Rules are administered by the Department of Justice (rules 2–3).

These Rules of Court may be cited as the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Amendment Rules 2012 .
These Rules of Court take effect on 1 August 2012.
Schedule 1 to the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from item 1(a) "50.00" and substituting "100.00";
(b) by omitting from item 1(b) "100.00" and substituting "200.00";
(c) by omitting from item 2(b) "0.60" and substituting "0.70";
(d) by omitting from item 3 "amount, or if auctioneer employed" and substituting "amount";
(e) by omitting from item 5 "40.00" and substituting "55.00".
