81 Expert witnesses and expert evidence (1) Part 4.6 of Chapter 4 applies in relation to all civil proceedings commenced on or after the commencement of Part 3 of the **Civil Procedure Amendment Act 2012**. (2) If a civil proceeding has commenced before the commencement of Part 3 of the **Civil Procedure Amendment Act 2012**, on and from the commencement of that Part of that Act, Part 4.6 of Chapter 4 applies in relation to that proceeding.
