76Summary judgment

76 Summary judgment (1) Part 4.4 of Chapter 4 applies in relation to all civil proceedings commenced on or after the commencement of that Part. (2) If a civil proceeding has commenced before the commencement of Part 4.4 of Chapter 4 but the court has not begun to hear and determine that proceeding, on and from the commencement of that Part, that Part applies in relation to that proceeding.
