3 Repeal of Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. 6) 2004

(1)Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. 6) 2004 (also known as F2005B00651) is repealed.

(2)By virtue of subsection (1), section 95.33 of the Civil Aviation Orders is repealed.
