An Ordinance to repeal the Christmas Island Space Centre (APSC Proposal) Ordinance 2001

1 Name of Ordinance

This Ordinance is the Christmas Island Space Centre (APSC Proposal) Repeal Ordinance 2009.

2 Commencement

This Ordinance commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Repeal

The Christmas Island Space Centre (APSC Proposal) Ordinance 2001 is repealed.
