#### 16 Amendments to venue management plans for mobile education and care services 16 Amendments to venue management plans for mobile education and care services > > (1) An approved provider of a mobile education and care service who intends to change a venue management plan must apply to the Regulatory Authority for the following— > > > > > (a) approval of the revised venue management plan, > > > > > (b) an amendment to the service approval for the service to reflect the revised venue management plan. > > > (2) An application for an amendment to a service approval made under this section must include a copy of the revised venue management plan, in addition to the information required in relation to an amendment under the National Law Regulations, regulation 34.
