#### 68 Confirmation of transfer 68 Confirmation of transfer > > (1) The transferring approved provider and the receiving approved provider must give written notice to the Regulatory Authority within 2 days after the transfer takes effect specifying the date of the transfer. > > > > Penalty— > > > > > $4000, in the case of an individual. > > > > > $20 000, in any other case. > > > (2) On receipt of a notice under this section, the Regulatory Authority must amend the service approval and provide an amended copy of the service approval to the receiving approved provider. > > > (3) The amendment to the service approval is taken to take effect on the date of the transfer. > > > (4) An approved provider who gives notice under this section is not guilty of an offence for a failure of any other person to give that notice.
