#### 59 Regulatory Authority to be notified of transfer 59 Regulatory Authority to be notified of transfer > > (1) The transferring approved provider and the receiving approved provider must jointly notify the Regulatory Authority of the transfer— > > > > > (a) at least 42 days before the transfer is intended to take effect; or > > > > > (b) if the Regulatory Authority considers that the circumstances are exceptional, a lesser period agreed to by the Regulatory Authority. > > > (2) The notice must— > > > > > (a) be in writing; and > > > > > (b) include the prescribed information; and > > > > > (c) include payment of the prescribed fee.
