> > (1) A person who is authorised to be an authorised officer by the Regulatory Authority of this jurisdiction under Part 9 of the National Law (NSW) is taken to be an authorised officer for the purposes of Part 9 of the National Law (NSW) Alignment Provisions.

> > (2) An identity card issued to the authorised officer under the National Law (NSW) is taken to be an identity card identifying the authorised officer as an authorised officer authorised by the Regulatory Authority under this Act.

> > (3) This section does not prevent the issue of a separate identity card by the Regulatory Authority for the purposes of this Act.
