#### 300 Injunction or order 300 Injunction or order > > (1) If, on receipt of an application under section 299, the superior court is satisfied that a person has taken or intends to take serious detrimental action against a person in reprisal for a protected disclosure, the court may— > > > > > (a) order the person who took the serious detrimental action to remedy that action; or > > > > > (b) grant an injunction in any terms the court considers appropriate. > > > (2) The superior court, pending the final determination of an application under section 299, may— > > > > > (a) make an interim order in the terms of subsection (1)(a); or > > > > > (b) grant an interim injunction.
