#### 187 Person must not contravene prohibition notice 187 Person must not contravene prohibition notice > While a prohibition notice is in force under this Law as applying in any participating jurisdiction for a person, the person must not— > > > (a) provide education and care to children for an education and care service; or > > > (b) be engaged as a supervisor, educator, family day care educator, employee, contractor or staff member of, or perform volunteer services for, an education and care service; or > > > (c) carry out any other activity relating to education and care services. > > Penalty: $20 000.
