#### 185 Content of prohibition notice 185 Content of prohibition notice > A prohibition notice given to a person must state— > > > (a) that the person is prohibited from doing any of the following— > > > > > (i) providing education and care to children for an education and care service; > > > > > (ii) being engaged as a supervisor, educator, family day care educator, employee, contractor or staff member of, or being a volunteer at, an education and care service; > > > > > (iii) carrying out any other activity relating to education and care services; and > > > (b) that the person may apply for cancellation of the notice; and > > > (c) how an application for cancellation must be made.
