#### 127 Notice and taking effect of suspension or cancellation 127 Notice and taking effect of suspension or cancellation > > (1) The Regulatory Authority must give the certified supervisor written notice of the decision to suspend or cancel the supervisor certificate under section 125 or 126. > > > (2) The notice of a decision to suspend must set out— > > > > > (a) the period of suspension; and > > > > > (b) the date on which it takes effect. > > > (3) The decision under section 125 to suspend or cancel takes effect at the end of 14 days after the date of the decision, or, if another period is specified by the Regulatory Authority, at the end of that period. > > > (4) The decision to suspend under section 126 takes effect on the giving of the notice.
