#### 112 Grounds for refusal 112 Grounds for refusal > The Regulatory Authority must refuse to grant a supervisor certificate if— > > > (a) the Regulatory Authority is not satisfied that the applicant is a fit and proper person to be the supervisor of an education and care service; or > > > (b) the applicant is under the age of 18 years; or > > > (c) the Regulatory Authority is not satisfied that the applicant meets the prescribed minimum requirements for qualifications, experience and management capability.
