#### 94 Service of notices 94 Service of notices > > (1) Any notice required by or under this Part to be given to a person in respect of whom a parole order is in force, or any other person, may be given— > > > > > (a) personally, or > > > > > (b) by posting it, addressed to the person, to the address specified by the person for that purpose. > > > (2) Any such notice may be served on a person in custody by giving the notice to the person in whose custody the person is held, and is to be dealt with in accordance with the regulations. > > > (3) The means of giving a notice authorised by this section are in addition to any other means that are sufficient for valid service of the notice. > > **ss 92–97:** Ins 2017 No 57, Sch 2 \[3\].
