#### 80 Rights of parties making submissions 80 Rights of parties making submissions > Any person (including the State) who is entitled under this Part to make submissions at a hearing to the Children’s Court may, at the hearing— > > > (a) be represented by an Australian legal practitioner or, with the consent of the Court, by any other person, and > > > (b) call and examine any witness who attends, including any witness called by the Court, and > > > (c) produce documents and exhibits to the Court, and > > > (d) give evidence on oath, and > > > (e) otherwise adduce, orally or in writing, to the Court any matters, and address the Court on any matters, that are relevant to the proceedings before the Court. > > **s 80:** Ins 2017 No 57, Sch 2 \[3\].
