#### 28D Review etc of sec 28B orders 28D Review etc of sec 28B orders > > (1) An order under section 28B must be reviewed at least once a month by the Minister administering the [Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1999-093). > > > (2) An application for the variation or revocation of an order under section 28B may be made to the Children’s Court by or on behalf of— > > > > > (a) the person to whom the order relates, or > > > > > (b) the Minister administering the [Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1999-093). > > > (3) An application under subsection (2) (b) may be made only if the Minister administering this Act consents. > > > (4) In any proceedings on an application under this section, the person to whom the order relates is entitled— > > > > > (a) to appear in the proceedings and be heard, and > > > > > (b) to be represented by a barrister or solicitor or, by leave of the Children’s Court, by an agent. > > **s 28D:** Ins 1988 No 40, Sch 1 (12).
