sec.3 Prescribed sector regulators— Act , s 6
Schedule 1 prescribes, for section 6 (a) (ii) of the Act , sector regulators for child safe entities. However, an entity is prescribed as a sector regulator for a child safe entity under subsection (1) only to the extent that the entity is responsible for regulating the child safe entity. (sec.3-ssec.1) Schedule 1 prescribes, for section 6 (a) (ii) of the Act , sector regulators for child safe entities. (sec.3-ssec.2) However, an entity is prescribed as a sector regulator for a child safe entity under subsection (1) only to the extent that the entity is responsible for regulating the child safe entity.
