sec.8 Suitability of selection, training and management methods

To help the chief executive decide whether the chief executive is satisfied under section 126 (f) of the Act that the methods for the selection, training and management of people engaged in providing care services are suitable, the chief executive must have regard to the standards for the management of a licensed care service published by the department. A copy of the standards is— available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of the department during normal business hours; and published on the department’s website.
