sec.25 Provisionally approved carer— Act , sch 3 , def suitable person , para (i)
For schedule 3 of the Act , definition suitable person , paragraph (i) , a person is a suitable person to be a provisionally approved carer for a child if the person— does not pose a risk to the child’s safety; and is able and willing to protect the child from harm.
- (a) does not pose a risk to the child’s safety; and
- (b) is able and willing to protect the child from harm.
