sec.21 Nominee for licence— Act , sch 3 , def suitable person , para (e)
For schedule 3 of the Act , definition suitable person , paragraph (e) , a person is a suitable person to be the nominee for a licence if the person— does not pose a risk to the safety of a child to whom, under the Act , the licensee is providing care services; and is able and willing to fulfil the responsibilities of the nominee for the licence under section 130 (1) of the Act .
- (a) does not pose a risk to the safety of a child to whom, under the Act , the licensee is providing care services; and
- (b) is able and willing to fulfil the responsibilities of the nominee for the licence under section 130 (1) of the Act .
