sec.16 Declarations relating to interstate laws— Act , s 204
For section 204 (2) of the Act — each law mentioned in schedule 2 is declared to be an interstate law of the State mentioned opposite the law; and each State mentioned in the schedule is declared to be a participating State; and each holder of the stated office mentioned in the schedule is declared to be the interstate officer for the State mentioned in the schedule opposite the holder.
- (a) each law mentioned in schedule 2 is declared to be an interstate law of the State mentioned opposite the law; and
- (b) each State mentioned in the schedule is declared to be a participating State; and
- (c) each holder of the stated office mentioned in the schedule is declared to be the interstate officer for the State mentioned in the schedule opposite the holder.
