sec.17 Inspector’s powers
When performing functions under this Act, an inspector has all the powers of an inspector under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 . An inspector also has the powers stated in this division. s 17 amd 2016 No. 63 s 1157 sch 6 (sec.17-ssec.1) When performing functions under this Act, an inspector has all the powers of an inspector under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 .
