sec.15M Proceedings for offence not affected by compliance notice
The issue, variation, revocation or withdrawal of a compliance notice does not affect any proceeding for an offence against this Act or for the recovery of an amount in connection with a matter for which the notice was issued. s 15M ins 2007 No. 23 s 46
