sec.15G Compliance notice may include directions

An inspector may include in a compliance notice directions in relation to the steps an affected employer must take to remedy a contravention or a matter to which the notice relates or to otherwise comply with the notice. Without limiting subsection (1) , a direction may require an affected employer to pay to a child an amount worked out by the inspector that would have been payable to the child under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 or a State award or order applying to the child’s employment if the employment was not covered by an agreement or arrangement to which this part applies.
