82 Definitions—pt 6 at premises includes in or on the premises. authorised person means a person appointed as an authorised person under section 83. connected—a thing is connected with an offence if— (a) the offence has been committed in relation to it; or (b) it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or (c) it was used, is being used, or is intended to be used, to commit the offence. occupier, of premises, includes a person the authorised person reasonably believes is an occupier of the premises. offence includes an offence that there are reasonable grounds for believing has been, is being, or will be, committed. premises includes land. warrant means a warrant issued under division 6.3.
