64Offences—keeping registers

64 Offences—keeping registers (b) is required to keep a register under— (i) section 62 (Register—right to burial and right to interment); or (ii) section 63 (Register—burial, cremation, interment etc); or (iii) section 63A (Register—cremation collections); and (c) does not keep the register.

(b) keeps a register under— (i) section 62 (Register—right to burial and right to interment); or (ii) section 63 (Register—burial, cremation, interment etc); and (c) does not keep the register— (i) in a secure electronic database; and (ii) in a way that can be searched by members of the public.
