31 Offence—interment (b) the person inters cremated remains at the facility; and (c) the interment is not in accordance with any of the following: (i) the minimum standards for the interment of cremated remains prescribed by regulation; (ii) the standard operating procedures for the facility; (iii) if a code of practice applies to the interment or the facility—the code of practice;
